The Black Raven Hotel has more than 60,000 props, which add to the many detailed rooms in this haunt. It might take the average haunted seeker many tours through the hotel to actually see and enjoy all the props. We do have special times available (by appointment) for everyone to just walk through and enjoy the haunt. During these times everyone can walk through at their own pace and ask questions about the making of the haunt. The haunt has taken 18 years and more than 2,500 hours of man power to get the sets looking as they do.

The only living descendent of The Roseboro's, Larry Hansen, who is a gifted actor from parts unknown, appears on many of the dates at The Black Raven Hotel for the past 3 years. It is believed by many, but rumored that he is slightly mad. He wanders in, about, and around the Hotel guests asking for small favors. He is known to ask for tidbits of personal information from the guests, which he uses later on for generating fear into their minds.

Larry is known for his many hidden personalities. On any given day he believes himself to be Wild Bill, Bell Hop Charlie, Gomez Roseboro, Chef Boy R Die, Oliver, and Barney Fife.

A word of advice when you see him coming out the front door to greet you...ask yourself, "Do I really trust this man?"

And one more thing, if you would like to have this man tell you bed-time stories at the hotel, he is available most evenings.
